If for any reason you cannot keep your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This will allow you to avoid a cancellation fee ($35.00), and allow us to offer the time to another patient.

Yes. As a courtesy, we will bill most dental benefit plans. However, please keep in mind that the responsibility for payment will remain with you. In order for us to bill your provider, please supply us with complete information about your insurance plan, including any necessary forms, group numbers, phone numbers, and addresses.

Most dental benefit plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment. Patients are expected to pay the estimated non-covered portion at the time of service. If your benefit plan has not paid within 60 days of treatment, you will need to pay your account in full to this office. We will then reimburse you if and when your benefit plan has paid. This office can make no guarantees of the benefit plan’s estimate of payment. Please check your own insurance policy for details of coverage.

Unfortunately, no. We are not a provider for the Oregon Health Plan (OHP).

Patients who do not participate in a benefit plan are expected to pay the fees in full at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been made with our office manager. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, or check. We also work with CareCredit to help finance any size treatment plan.

Yes we do. We offer our In-Office Premiere Dental Plan and also accept plans through CareCredit.

We are committed to offering all of our patients the highest-quality service for a fair and reasonable fee. Prior to performing any service, we will estimate the associated costs and let you schedule the work according to your own comfort level. Our fees are on file with Oregon Dental Service.

Yes, we are! If you are new to the area, or simply looking for a positive change, we invite you to come in to meet the staff and tour our office. You can schedule your appointment online now, or call us anytime to schedule your visit:503-657-3077.

Your initial appointment (non-emergency) will entail a “Comprehensive Dental Examination.” This exam gives us a full understanding of your current oral health so we can determine your best treatment options. It also provides detailed documentation to measure future progress.

For this appointment, please allow 1.5 to 2 hours for adults, and 1 hour for children. The Comprehensive Exam includes:

 • Introduction to our office and staff
 • Review of your medical & dental history
 • Blood pressure & oral cancer screening (adults only)
 • Radiographs (low-level, full-mouth, digital x-rays)
 • Orthodontic and bite evaluation
 • Periodontal evaluation (adults only)
 • Cleaning & fluoride treatment (children only)
 • Diagnosis, treatment plan, estimated costs

PLEASE NOTE: The Adult Comprehensive Exam may not include cleaning. The types, number, and frequency of hygience visits vary widely from case to case. Your recommended cleaning or periodontal therapy will be done at a future appointment if it is not done during the first appointment.
